All Edgewood Park Activities located at the Gazebo area, corner of West Rock and Whalley Avenues 

Special Feature: New Haven Parks & Recreation Climbing Wall  (11:00am - 4:00pm)                                           

Mehndi (or Henna) demonstration (11:00 am - 1:00 pm).  Mehndi is the application of henna as a temporary form of skin decoration, in South Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa  as well as expatriate communities from these areas. It is typically used for special occasions, particularly weddings. It is usually drawn on the hands and feet. The final color is reddish brown and lasts about 2 weeks. 

Specialty Button Bracelet Workshop: presented by PattieBelle Hastings (11:00 am - 1:00 pm) - make a perfect Mother's Day gift!

Free Chair Massages! Local resident and CT licensed Massage Therapist, Keren Clarizo will be giving massages (11:00 am - 1:00 pm)

Martial Arts Demonstration/Self Defense Clinic: presented by Aika Academy of Self Defense Chief Instrucor (and owner) Dennis Hill and David Sepulveda  (1:00pm - 3:00pm)

T-shirt Fashions: Diedre Fox (1:00 - 3:00 pm) - turn a t-shirt into a real fashion statement!  Bring your own or buy one at ArtWalk.  Fashion show at 3:00 pm - all ages welcome!
