Friends of Edgewood Park Chili Cook-Off
Friends of Edgewood Park will hold its third annual chili cook-off on Saturday, Feb. 21 at Coogan Pavilion. The event runs from 4 to 7 p.m. Meat and vegetarian chilis will be offered. Prizes for the cooks. FREE with FOEP membership. Nonmembers can join at the door.
In 2008, FOEP member Tatiana Arias-O'Connor cooked up the winning meat chili recipe. See below for her recipe and for pictures of the event. Thanks to all the chefs and tasters! And thanks again to Debby Evans for organizing such a great event!
