The Westville - West Hills Community Management Team (CMT) meets on the third Tuesday of the month (except the months of July and August) at the Valley Street Police Substation, 329 Valley Street in Westville. All community members are welcome to attend meetings and discuss policing issues facing the community. The CMT also actively supports area Block Watches. Connecticut DOT plans for traffic redesign of upper Whalley Avenue. This will effect Westville for the next fifty years. Follow the coverage. Coalition for a Livable Whalley is a neighborhood organization organized to promote community input into the redesign process.
